I’m a humanistic therapist based in East London, offering in-person and online sessions.
Alongside my work as a therapist, I have over twenty years’ experience in the music industry, running live venues and touring internationally as a musician. That world has shaped a big part of who I am, and it gives me an understanding of the rewards and pressures of creative work, as well as the impact it can have on mental health, relationships, and self-worth.
My practice is open to anyone, whatever your background or profession.
My path into personal therapy began in my mid twenties, during a period of severe anxiety and depression. I found that humanistic therapy gave me the space to speak openly, to be curious, and to explore my inner world in new ways. Over time it helped me to feel more grounded, reconnect with parts of myself I had lost touch with, and open up a fuller experience of my emotions, whatever I was going through.
I trained at Homa in London, completing the four-year diploma in counselling and psychotherapy, including two years of clinical practice, personal therapy, and regular supervision.
